verwandten Bereichen, die in anthroposophischen Schulen\/Einrichtungen arbeiten, sind im Land immer noch eine Realit\u00e4t. Die Zahl der Waldorfschulen ist in den letzten 10 Jahren (von 118 auf 263) gestiegen, was die Situation versch\u00e4rft hat, insbesondere in Regionen, die weiter von den Ausbildungszentren entfernt sind. Da es sich um eine nicht-traditionelle p\u00e4dagogische\/therapeutische  <\/p>\n<p>Konzeption handelt, ist die Ausbildung der Fachkr\u00e4fte eine notwendige Voraussetzung f\u00fcr die Durchf\u00fchrung einer konsistenten und fundierten Arbeit. Damit dies in diesen Einrichtungen Realit\u00e4t wird, ist finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung durch ein Stipendium der einzige m\u00f6gliche Weg f\u00fcr viele dieser Fachkr\u00e4fte. Der FUB, ein Projekt, das seit 15 Jahren Studierende im ganzen Land unterst\u00fctzt, \u00f6ffnet einmal im Jahr Anmeldungen \u00fcber seine Website. Um sich f\u00fcr das Stipendium zu bewerben (in freien und postgradualen anthroposophischen Kursen) muss der Antragsteller an eine anthroposophische Einrichtung gebunden sein, sei es eine Schule, eine therapeutische Einrichtung oder ein Ausbildungszentrum.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ccff9f3 elementor-widget
