gewachsen und wird von Familien mit Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Lernschwierigkeiten und verschiedenen psychischen Fragen stark nachgefragt. Dennoch ist die Anzahl der Fachleute, die in diesem Bereich qualifiziert sind, nach wie vor weit von den Bed\u00fcrfnissen entfernt. Viele dieser Initiativen geh\u00f6ren zum Netzwerk der Sozialen Waldorf-Schulen \u2013 einem Zusammenschluss von 40 sozialen und \u00f6ffentlichen Schulen, dessen Mission es ist, vulnerable Gruppen in der Bev\u00f6lkerung zu unterst\u00fctzen. F\u00fcr die Fachleute, die in diesen Initiativen t\u00e4tig sind, stellt die Finanzierung der Ausbildung, die sie ben\u00f6tigt, um diesen Zielgruppen gerecht zu werden, oft ein Hindernis dar.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-345ed409 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"345ed409\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Das Projekt<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b3a2e16 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b3a2e16\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Um den Mangel an Ausbildung von Lehrern in diesem therapeutischen Ansatz zu beheben, wurde ein Kurs mit dem Titel &#8222;Schulische Inklusion: Von der Beobachtung zur Leitung&#8220; entwickelt, der in Zusammenarbeit mit der FEWB und der Escola Livre Aret\u00e9 durchgef\u00fchrt wird. Dieser Kurs ist eine Fortf\u00fchrung eines anderen Kurses, der 2021 online stattfand und an dem 60 Lehrer aus 15 Regionen Brasiliens teilnahmen. Die theoretische Grundlage umfasst das vertiefte Studium der Ph\u00e4nomenologie von Goethe und Steiner sowie die Beobachtung der Entwicklung der Kinder \u2013 essentielle S\u00e4ulen nicht nur f\u00fcr die Waldorf-P\u00e4dagogik, sondern auch f\u00fcr die Erstellung des PDI (Individueller Entwicklungsplan) \u2013 ein obligatorisches Dokument zur Begleitung der Entwicklung und des Lernens von Sch\u00fclern in der Sonderp\u00e4dagogik. <\/p>\n<p>Damit Lehrer aller Schulen an diesem neuen Kurs teilnehmen k\u00f6nnen, insbesondere die, die Teil des Netzwerks der Sozialen Organisationen der FEWB sind, erhielt die Institution Unterst\u00fctzung von Mahle, die die Teilnahme von 15 Lehrern an den Pr\u00e4senzveranstaltungen subventioniert
