der Verbesserung gab, befindet sich die Situation derzeit in einer sehr kritischen Lage. Laut dem Bericht \u201e<em>Der Stand der Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit und Ern\u00e4hrung in der Welt<\/em>\u201c (SOFI), ver\u00f6ffentlicht im Juni 2023 von der Ern\u00e4hrungs- und Landwirtschaftsorganisation der Vereinten Nationen (FAO), hat sich die Lage hinsichtlich Hunger und Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit in Brasilien verschlechtert. Im Jahr 2022 waren laut dem Bericht 70,3 Millionen Menschen in einem moderaten Zustand der Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit, was bedeutet, dass sie Schwierigkeiten haben, sich zu ern\u00e4hren. Das Projekt ist eine Initiative des Instituts Kair\u00f3s, einer gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisation, die 2000 gegr\u00fcndet wurde und mit verschiedenen landwirtschaftlichen Produzenten zusammenarbeitet, von denen drei die Zertifizierung als biodynamischer Produzent besitzen. Jede Woche liefert die Institution \u00f6kologisches Obst, Gem\u00fcse und Salate an sechs Gemeinschaftsk\u00fcchen in sozial stark gef\u00e4hrdeten Regionen von S\u00e3o Paulo.
