katastrophal aufgrund von St\u00fcrmen. Der Pegel der wichtigsten Fl\u00fcsse \u00fcberstieg historische Marken, was zu \u00fcber 100 Toten, zahlreichen Vermissten und vielen Verletzten f\u00fchrte. Die Zivilschutzbeh\u00f6rde verzeichnete tausende von Menschen, die aus ihren H\u00e4usern evakuiert werden mussten, ein Teil davon in Notunterk\u00fcnften, andere wurden obdachlos. Insgesamt registrierten 388 von 497 Kommunen im Bundesstaat irgendeine Art von Problemen, was mehr als 1,3 Millionen Menschen betraf.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-345ed409 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"345ed409\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Das Projekt<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b3a2e16 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b3a2e16\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Angesichts dieses Ereignisses ging die Associa\u00e7\u00e3o da Pedagogia de Emerg\u00eancia no Brasil mit dem Projekt &#8222;Hoffnung f\u00fcr den Rio Grande do Sul&#8220; in die Region der Trag\u00f6die, um einige Ma\u00dfnahmen durchzuf\u00fchren, wie: ein Seminar zur Einf\u00fchrung in die P\u00e4dagogik der Notf\u00e4lle und Trauma-P\u00e4dagogik, unterst\u00fctzt von der Staatssekret\u00e4rin f\u00fcr Bildung und den kommunalen Sekretariaten; und Interventionen mit Kindern, Jugendlichen, P\u00e4dagogen und Lehrern vor Ort. Im Moment der Katastrophe war es entscheidend, \u00fcber Fachkr\u00e4fte zu verf\u00fcgen, die in der Lage waren, die Opfer wie die Zivilschutzbeh\u00f6rde und die Feuerwehr zu retten, ebenso wie die Arbeit mit denjenigen, die durch die Traumen litten, durch stabilis <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ccff9f3 elementor-widget
