The neighborhood of Conselheiro Paulino is a district of the city of Nova Friburgo in the state of Rio de Janeiro, comprising about 40 neighborhoods in an area of approximately 52 km². It is one of the most populous areas in the city, with over 40,000 residents, and is responsible for a significant portion of the local economy.
